1. FACILITIES FOR BARE SPACE
General facilities for Bare Space include first and foremost general power load respective per 36 square meters booked. In addition, we provide general security, general decoration in and around the exhibition halls, and signage. Moreover, there is general illumination inside and outside the halls, as well as cleaning of aisles and exterior areas. Furthermore, we offer general publicity for visitor promotion and entry into the exhibition hall. As a result, you will receive free entry in the Trade Fair Directory, along with one copy of the Trade Fair Directory. However, other charges like power, water, and compressed air are to be paid separately.Weldtechexpo.
2. FACILITIES FOR BUILDUP STALL Weldtechexpo
facilities for built-up stalls includes first and foremost back and side partitions with a modern prefabricated system similar to Octanorm and PVC lamination panels. In addition, we provide a synthetic carpet, fascia written in English in a uniform style, and general lighting. Moreover, each stall comes with one power socket, one counter, and two chairs for every 9 square meters. Furthermore, electricity consumption for lighting is included, along with general security in the exhibition halls. Additionally, we offer general decoration in and around the halls, as well as general publicity for visitor promotion. As a result, you will receive entry into the exhibition hall, free entry in the Trade Fair Directory, and one copy of the Trade Fair Directory.
3. SHOW DIRECTORY
The organizers will publish a Trade Fair/Show Directory, which entitles exhibitors to a free entry in the directory. Specifically, this directory will cover the name and address of the exhibitor, the name of the chief executive, telephone, fax, area of specialization, exhibits displayed, and a company profile not exceeding 100 words. Moreover, all exhibitors are required to provide the above information in soft copy at least two months in advance. In case organizers do not receive this information, then the organizer shall publish all available information. Therefore, timely submission is crucial to ensure accurate representation in the directory. Additionally, providing complete information enhances visibility and promotes effective networking opportunities at the event.
4. PAYMENT
Exhibitors are required to follow payment schedule as prescribed in Space Booking form. Possession of Space shall be given only upon full and final payment
5. SUBLETTING OF STALL SPACE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
6. SUBMISSION OF DRAWINGS
Exhibitors with Bare Space are to submit design of the stall to Organizers and obtain approval for the plans in writing. 4 copies of the plans with front/side elevations, special features of the display & electrical plan etc. are to be submitted 2 months before the schedule date of event.
7. EXHIBITORS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH INSTRUCTIONS
Issued by Organizers regarding schedule for setting up and dismantling stalls. Failure to comply with the instructions will attract penal charges and Exhibitors are liable to pay the penal rental.
8. OVERALL HEIGHTS OF DISPLAY:
Normal heights of stands shall be 2.50 mts. (8 ft.) If exhibitors are particular of heights more than 2.50 mts., written permission of Organizers may be obtained after submitting appropriate plans.
9. FLOOR PLAN
ORGANIZER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE FLOOR PLAN
10. TAX DEDUCTION AT SOURCE (TDS) :
Tax can be deducted at prevailing rate of TDS as per prescribed in income tax laws. TAN(Please furnish the TAN details mandatorily should you wish to deduct TDS while making the Payment)
11. EXHIBITS HANDLING
The services of cranes and Forklifts through authorized service provider will be available at extra cost. The cost has to be settled directly with the service provider.
12. INSURANCE
Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever incurred by the exhibitor. Therefore, exhibitors should obtain insurance coverage for their exhibits against all risks. In addition, this coverage should include the periods covering preparation, setting up, mounting, and dismantling. Moreover, it is crucial for exhibitors to ensure their insurance also covers return transit. Consequently, taking these precautions will help mitigate potential financial losses. Furthermore, being adequately insured provides peace of mind throughout the exhibition process. Ultimately, proactive measures like insurance are essential for a successful and worry-free event experience.
13. COUNTER SALES
Counter sales are not permitted at the Exhibition.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
The organizers will publish a Trade Fair/Show Directory, which entitles exhibitors to a free entry in the directory. 15. DISPUTES
Disputes, if any, arising out of unresolved matters between exhibitor and Amaze Exhibitions shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English and at New Delhi, only
16. CARNET (To be Advised)
The facility of duty free temporary import will be available only to foreign exhibitors/participants from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Israel, Iran, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, Thailand, Tajikistan, Taiwan, Tanzania, Ukraine, UK, USA, UAE and Vietnam.
